Here are some of those nasty words that can catch us out:
Noioso doesn鈥檛 mean 鈥渘oisy鈥. It means boring.
Annoiato doesn鈥檛 mean 鈥渁nnoyed鈥. It means bored or weary.
Arrabbiato doesn鈥檛 have anything to do with Arabs! It means angry. So arrabiata sauce is 鈥渁ngry鈥 because of the hot red chilli pepper in it.
